Environmental Practical Solutions Limited (EPS) was formed in 2004 and is based at Fabian Way, Crymlyn Burrows, Swansea. Since trading began, in November 2004, the business has grown to become one of the leading independent companies in this market sector.
The UK Government following EU legislation has introduced a number of key legislative drivers to significantly reduce the amount of waste disposal going to landfill and EPS are able to provide the innovative solutions and service commitments required by the modern customer.
Since the beginning EPS has recognised that recycling is of paramount importance, and has set out to offer its customers environmentally sound solutions for their waste management requirements. Whilst recognising the continued importance of landfill the approach has been to agree gate fees with landfill sites and transfer stations that are not tonnage driven. This means that it is in the interest of EPS to promote the recycling of paper cardboard and plastics which are all recycled through the facility at Crymlyn Burrows.
